This place is small but has a really awesome staff that truly stands out. The views overlooking the sea are outstanding! The location is just fantastic, so convenient to get to Square Franck Jay Gould. The swimming area is just great, perfect for a relaxing dip 🏊♂️.

The beds are too short. Room very small. 5 EUR for a bath towel at the hotel beach is not understandable!

Came here for trip, had perfect 3 days overall. Really enjoyed our room that was kept very clean and available with a beautiful view, jellied fruits, lovely balcony. This hotel was located in a beachfront area just off the impressive piano bar and the beautiful terrace, and Cap D'Antibes.

We are so happy we decided to stay at Hotel Belles Rives in Juan-les-Pins. We enjoyed three wonderful days there. The staff was really nice, they were efficient and professional. The hotel is situated in a peaceful location right by the Mediterranean Sea and not too far from Plage de la Gallice. We loved having the option of dining at a gourmet restaurant for lunch.
